Educational, non-clinical material

Telos provides educational material, practical exercises and optional accountability designed to support follow-through. It does not provide medical advice, healthcare, psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support or emergency support. It does not guarantee health, wellbeing, employment, sales, revenue or behavioural outcomes.

Do not use Telos as a substitute for appropriately qualified professional advice or treatment. If you are concerned about physical or mental health, trauma, an eating disorder, addiction, self-harm, suicide or an emergency, seek appropriate professional or emergency help.

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with it, bypass its security, submit unlawful or sensitive information through its forms, or copy and use Telos material commercially without permission.

Enquiries and workplace programmes

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a free resource does not create a contract for paid services. Workplace pilots and organisational services are provided only under a written quotation, order form or programme agreement. That agreement will set out scope, pricing, delivery, cancellation, confidentiality and data-handling arrangements.

Telos does not collect private journals or therapy-style disclosures for employer reporting. Any employer feedback will be aggregate or otherwise limited as agreed in writing.

Future products and subscriptions

Before any paid course, workbook, subscription or SMS accountability service is offered online, its order page will state the price, content, delivery, cancellation and renewal terms. Those product-specific terms will apply in addition to these website terms.

Privacy and responsibility

Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or for outcomes outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
